Temihub is an AI-assisted mediation tool. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms.

Temi provides AI-generated perspectives to help you see a conflict from different angles. It is not a substitute for a psychologist, therapist, certified mediator, or lawyer.

Temi's responses do not constitute medical diagnosis, therapeutic advice, or legal opinion. Use them as a starting point for reflection, not as definitive truth.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum digital age required in your country if higher. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for the security of your account and everything that happens in it. Do not share your access with others.

When both participants request Temi's intervention, the room's messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models and deletes it after 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Do not use Temihub to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate another person.
• Share personal information about third parties without their consent.
• Attempt to manipulate the AI to produce harmful or offensive content.
• Commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

You own what you write in Temihub. By using the service, you authorize us to process that content solely to provide the service, including sending it to Anthropic's API when necessary to generate mediations.

Temihub is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI responses, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of Temihub after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
