Privacy Policy

• Your email address, to authenticate your account.
• Your display name and profile photo, if you choose to add them.
• The messages you write inside mediation rooms.
• Basic usage data: account creation date and last activity.

To provide the service: authenticate your account, display your profile, and store your conversations.

To generate mediations: when both users request Temihub's intervention, the room's messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate an AI response.

To protect the service: we use Cloudflare Turnstile (invisible mode) at login to detect bots. This process analyzes browser signals without storing personally identifiable data. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising. The providers that access data are:

• Anthropic: receives mediation content when Temihub is requested. Does not use it to train models; deletes it after 30 days.
• Cloudflare: processes browser signals to detect bots (no personally identifiable data stored).
• Supabase: hosts the database and authentication.
• Resend: sends authentication emails.

We keep your data while your account is active.

When you delete your account: your profile is anonymized immediately and data is permanently deleted after 30 days.

Mediation messages may be retained longer as a basis for potential legal claims (GDPR Art. 17(3)(b)). You can request their deletion by writing to us.

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and personal data.
• In the EU/EEA: lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, write to themisproject.5555@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

We use HTTPS to protect data in transit. Database access is restricted by row-level security policies. No system is 100% secure, but we do our best.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management (provided by Supabase). We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking. These cookies do not require your consent as they are essential for the service to function.

Temihub requires users to be at least 16 years old, or the minimum digital age required in their country if higher. If we detect an account that does not meet this requirement, we will delete it.

If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice before they take effect.
